Accessibility Statement - The Pelvic Therapy Suite Limited

At The Pelvic Therapy Suite, we are committed to making our website and clinic accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to access our information and services comfortably and confidently.

What Web Accessibility Means
Web accessibility ensures that all visitors, regardless of ability, can navigate and interact with our website effectively. Our aim is to create an inclusive online environment where everyone can access information with ease.

Accessibility Adjustments on This Website
Our website has been designed to follow WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines. We use clear text, structured headings, readable colour contrast, and layouts that work across different devices. Content is compatible with assistive technologies to support screen readers and other tools.
We have used accessibility tools to identify and resolve issues, set the primary language of the site, organised content for easy navigation, provided alternative text for images, minimised motion effects for users with motion sensitivity, and ensured that multimedia content is accessible.

Partial Compliance Due to Third‑Party Content
Some parts of our website rely on third‑party tools or embedded content, such as maps, booking systems, or external widgets. Because these elements are not created or controlled by The Pelvic Therapy Suite, we cannot guarantee their full accessibility. This means a partial compliance declaration applies to any pages containing such content.

If you need help accessing information from these areas, please contact us and we will provide the content in an alternative format.

Accessibility Arrangements in Our Clinic
We want every client to feel comfortable and supported when visiting our clinic. Our therapy room is arranged to allow clear movement around furniture and equipment, and we can adjust the layout to accommodate mobility aids, prams, or a support person. The environment is calm, with soft lighting and low noise levels to support clients with sensory sensitivities.
The clinic entrance is a standard entrance. If you require assistance entering the building, we are happy to help.

We also want to be transparent about our facilities. The premises do not currently have a designated disabled toilet. The available toilet is a standard facility and may not meet all mobility needs. If this may affect your visit, please contact us beforehand so we can discuss suitable arrangements.

Requests, Issues, and Suggestions
If you encounter an accessibility issue on our website or need assistance accessing any part of our content, please contact us. We are always happy to help and can provide information in alternative formats where needed.
